Add Insert/Import External Log/Playlist to clocks menu

This feature is currently only available in the Scheduled Events window but it would be great to have it as part of the clocks section so that you could call things like m3u playlists as part of a regular clock and have them visible on the screen.

Allow presenters to hear themselves when using Remote Studio
